Process

To maintain our quality standards and align with our client’s needs, our process runs through three phases:

Idea and briefing

Planning, Vision Alignment & Agreement

Internal team de-brief on client’s need: information processing

Client reach back including estimated costs and delivery time

Definition of main milestones (key dates for review and final delivery)

Client request and alignment on all input needed from their side (e.g. graphic element, copy-texts, or business logic related to information)

Agreement on final deadlines, budget and (pre)payment

Project Kick-off, Deployment and Demos

Definition of team (including all roles: project management, backend, frontend, UI/UX, DevOps, QA)

Internal Kick-off (based on deadlines & agreement with client). Definition of (biweekly) sprints + QA

Each sprint includes:
- planning session (where tasks are estimated and distributed across sprints),
- review session (where results from previous sprint are presented to PM),
- and a retrospective session (to analyze potential issues and blockers)

When milestones are reached, a demo is presented to the client, to double check that everything has been done as expected

Final Delivery

Our product is ready to be launched!

After the final delivery, if requested by the client, we can assist with deployment to infra through our DevOps

We also provide maintenance in terms of security and bug-fixing
