Responsibilities
What do we expect you take lead on:
Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS2.1/3, jQuery, Ajax, front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects
Collaborate with team members, information architects, designers, and business analysts to develop and deliver the best products to our clients and to the market
Adhere to and extrapolate complex design systems and apply them to coded pages, screens, and states
Possess advanced knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI
Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices including smartphones and tablets
Write High Quality & Readable Code
Develop and deploy new features & Bug Fixes in time
Write Tests (Unit Tests, Integration Tests & E2E Tests)
Integrate API
Perform Code Review
Always present to the meetings when they’re related to a Sprint
Tech requiremenets
We may share each of the categories of Personal Data we collect with the types of third-parties described below, for the following business purposes:
Extended knowledge of JavaScript & Typescript, VueJS and/or React (and their libraries)
Good knowledge of testing tools (ex. Mocha/Chai, Jest, Cypress)
Consume/interface with an API including Error Handling, Authentication & Authorisation
Experience of team leadership would be an advantage
Extended knowledge of Web technologies CSS, HTML and CSS preprocessors (SCSS/LESS)
Good knowledge of the SOLID principles & DRY
Good knowledge on how to setup and develop SPA & PWA applications
Good knowledge of CI/CD
Use and knowledge of ESLint & Prettier
Advanced understanding of standard front end development technologies: HTML5, CSS2.1/3, jQuery + Plugins, Photoshop/Illustrator
Demonstratable experience developing for Responsive Web Design, as well as targeted Mobile Web Development
Experience with/using Version control (i.e.: GIT, SVN)
Strong command of using Firebug and/or Chrome Developer Tools
Comfortable working around PHP templates and the various IDEs, 3rd party API integration, varied CMS experience
Good understanding of Front End concepts such as Progressive Enhancement vs. Graceful Degradation, accessibility, browser inconsistencies, and support for various CSS properties
Experience developing with plain jQuery and other JS libraries
Proficient with preprocessors such as Sass, LESS
Experience with OOP pattern development
Understanding of SEO best practices
