Our strategic work plan

Jagaad provided an experienced, skilled, and dedicated team of over 20 developers. We composed strategic work plan, which was estimated according to milestones. Our task was to provide API integrations of numerous vendors and services in travel, booking, payments, ticketing and other venues.

We integrated and customized about 10 000 unique products and services. The platform performed seamless integration with multiple vendors and TUI Company was able to increase the revenue in spite of COVID-19 influence on the tourism market.

The next task was to break the monolith platform architecture into agile micro-services that helped to boost the sustainability and reliability of the system when the product/services scaling was taking place. Jagaad team developed and deployed cutting-edge engineering solutions, which strengthened the TUI Musement platform tech design.

The project is progressing successfully presently.

New technologies & API’s implementation

TUI Supplier Integration Platform is a set of microservices able to communicate with different travel providers to gather information about tours and events descriptions and availability, in order to perform bookings and cancellations for customers. Data is sent across different channels (REST APIs or Kafka topics) depending upon their typology, and every transaction's request/response is logged into Datadog.

A Consul service monitors microservices, so that alerts are sent if some of them are down. Finally, a high-level Java architecture handles the communication between agencies (like Musement) and PHP microservices.
